Orders

Orders are processed daily and shipped within 2-3 business days. During major U.S. holidays, order processing timelines may extend to up to 5 business days to cover for closures/holiday hours of our shipping partners.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. Please allow up to 3 business days for your tracking information to populate with an estimated delivery date.

All products are final sale, so we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. All of our items take months to source, authenticate, and list. Because we provide highly detailed descriptions and use a digital camera for all product photography, we expect buyers to review all information in advance of making a purchase.

We do not accept order cancellations as all purchases are final sale. Once you check out, the product is yours.

Shipping

All domestic orders are shipped via UPS, USPS, or FedEx from our warehouse in the U.S.

All international orders are shipped via UPS, USPS, FedEx, or DHL from our warehouse in the U.S.

Unfortunately, we are unable to combine orders. Please try to add multiple items to your cart to save on shipping.

We do not ship to PO boxes.

Duties & taxes are set by the customs authorities of the destination country. We ship to your destination on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the final purchase price.

International shipping can take anywhere between 1 week and 4 weeks. If you have any questions or issues regarding your international order, please send us an email and we will respond within 3 business days.

We are unable to amend the value of your order listed on your commercial invoice as we must adhere to all international import/export rules and regulations.

While we will assist in filing a claim with the shipper for any lost or damaged packages, the replacement of the item or a refund will be case dependent on the resolution with the shipper.

All orders totaling over $1,000 will automatically include a signature confirmation requirement on delivery.

Waiving a signature after shipment is dependent on the shipper’s policies. You are welcome to contact the shipper and attempt to waive the signature, or opt to pick up from a local dispatch point. UPS (our preferred vendor) will make 3 delivery attempts; please contact Customer Service to have your package held at your nearest UPS facility for pickup, free of charge.

Our merchandise is sourced from a variety of channels (direct from manufacturer, retailers, marketplaces, etc.). All pieces are thoroughly hand-inspected by the founders and authenticated using designer labels, tags, and reference products.
